2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout. Promotional prices, bundle discounts, and coupons are valid while displayed and cannot be combined unless we say so. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

4. Product information

The Deep V Jelly Bra is a wireless, seamless bra made from 55% nylon and 45% elastane, with semi-fixed pads and a 360° jelly support strip. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but photos and copy are illustrative — shade and fit may vary slightly between batches and between body types. Sizes run S–XL in alpha sizing; please use the size guide on the product page before ordering. Follow the care instructions on the label: hand wash cold, lay flat to dry, never tumble dry.

5. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and exchanges by our Refund Policy, and order changes by our Cancellation Policy. Those documents form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, resell our content, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The OEAKY name, logo, text, images, and page design are owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OEAKY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our business is registered. We may update them; the date at the top shows the latest revision, and the version in force is the one published when you order.
